A certification review
requires more than a statement
that a learner possesses a capacity.
The learner must make the claim examinable.
That means presenting the work,
identifying what is being claimed,
showing the evidence,
and explaining the relationship
between the evidence and the claim.

IT DOES NOT BY ITSELF CREATE
External Authority

a government license,
professional licensure,
an academic degree,
or external accreditation.
Such authority should only be represented
if it has been separately
and validly obtained.
