GRAPHER INSTITUTE / CURRICULUM LEADER-SHIP
CURRICULUM

LEADER-SHIP.

SIX CAPACITIES
LEADER-SHIP is the educational curriculum of Grapher Institute. It develops six connected capacities within one person: Leader, Educator, Author, Designer, Entrepreneur, and Researcher. Each capacity is connected to one curriculum text and moves from understanding into practical application.
THE PRINCIPLE
THE PRODUCT OF THE CURRICULUM IS NOT THE BOOK. IT IS WHAT THE LEARNER CAN BUILD FROM IT.
CURRICULUM / METHOD FROM STUDY TO WORK
HOW IT WORKS

STUDY. PRACTICE. BUILD. DEMONSTRATE.

01
Study
Read the curriculum text and understand the ideas, questions, and framework behind the capacity.
02
Practice
Apply the capacity to situations, decisions, communication, and real work.
03
Build
Produce something that makes the capacity visible through application.
04
Demonstrate
Present the work and the evidence showing what was actually built.

SIX BOOKS. ONE LEARNING SYSTEM.

THE LIBRARY
Each LEADER-SHIP capacity is anchored by one book. The books carry the intellectual work. The curriculum turns that work into structured study, application, and demonstrated capacity.

CURRICULUM / INTEGRATION ONE PERSON
THE INTEGRATED LEARNER

YOU DO NOT CHOOSE ONLY ONE CAPACITY.

LEADER-SHIP
Leader, Educator, Author, Designer, Entrepreneur, and Researcher are six capacities developed within one person. Together they strengthen the learner’s ability to understand, communicate, build, create value, and learn from real work.
01
Understand
Read the ideas, structures, and questions behind the curriculum.
02
Develop
Practice the six capacities through real situations and deliberate application.
03
Build
Create work, products, services, systems, or other usable outputs.
04
Demonstrate
Make the work and the evidence visible enough to be examined.
CURRICULUM / APPLICATION YOUR WORK
WHAT COMES OUT OF THE CURRICULUM

YOUR WORK BECOMES THE PROOF OF APPLICATION.

THE OUTPUT
The curriculum does not end when the reading ends. The learner applies the six capacities to something real. That may be a product, service, project, institution, system, body of research, educational structure, or intellectual work.
01
Claim
What capacity or combination of capacities does the learner say the work demonstrates?
02
Work
What was actually built, produced, taught, operated, designed, researched, or completed?
03
Evidence
What makes the learner’s claim visible enough to examine?
CURRICULUM / CERTIFICATION WORK → EVIDENCE
FROM CURRICULUM TO CERTIFICATION

RECOGNITION FOLLOWS DEMONSTRATED WORK.

NEXT STAGE
Certification is separate from simply completing the reading. The learner presents work, makes a claim, provides evidence, and explains how that evidence supports the claim. Recognition should remain limited to what the evidence supports.

CERTIFICATION
DO NOT CERTIFY THE CLAIM. EXAMINE THE EVIDENCE BEHIND THE CLAIM.
CURRICULUM / INDEPENDENCE CONTINUE
THE PURPOSE

CONTINUE WITHOUT US.

INDEPENDENCE
Grapher Institute does not exist to make the learner permanently dependent on the Institute. The curriculum develops capacities the learner can continue applying to new problems, new contexts, and new work.
THE OUTCOME
LEARN THE FRAMEWORK. BUILD THE CAPACITY. CONTINUE THE WORK.
GRAPHER INSTITUTE LEADER-SHIP
CURRICULUM

STUDY. PRACTICE. BUILD. DEMONSTRATE.

THE MOVEMENT
Six books. Six capacities. One learner. The curriculum becomes valuable when what was learned becomes something the learner can actually build.
